We’re glad to have you here – this place is shared by all, so let’s enjoy it with respect and good vibes.

Evening peace time – from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Let’s allow each other to rest, and give our neighbors a chance to sleep peacefully (they’ll love us even more!).

Life here happens not only in the yard but also around – so if you meet a neighbor, don’t forget to say "good morning" – it’s always nice to share a smile!

And if you’re craving the pleasures of the sauna, be sure to book in advance by phone so everything is ready as it should be.
